Service Overview
CorexSight™ is RAISO’s institutional diagnostic service designed to help leaders understand the real maturity of their practices. It combines evidence review, interviews, maturity scoring, heatmaps, and opportunity analysis to create a clear view of where the organization stands today.
The service is not an audit. It is a decision-enabling diagnostic that helps organizations identify what matters most, where improvement should start, and how to sequence transformation efforts. CorexSight™ turns fragmented observations into a structured roadmap for maturity, performance, and institutional readiness.
Service Result
A clear maturity view that shows where you stand, what matters most, and where to start.
“Good decisions require a clear view of reality. CorexSight™ makes practice maturity visible.”

1. Is CorexSight™ an audit?
No. It is a decision-enabling maturity diagnostic. It surfaces facts and patterns rather than passing judgement, so leaders can prioritise where to invest next.
2. What does CorexSight™ assess?
It can assess institutional practices such as policies, procedures, governance, quality, excellence, risk, compliance, customer experience, and knowledge management.

A maturity score, a heatmap, a gap analysis, the key risks and opportunities, and a sequenced transformation roadmap calibrated to your context.
4. How is maturity scored?
Against a structured rubric aligned with the relevant framework (EFQM, ISO, KAQA, internal models) using documentary evidence, interviews, observation, and triangulation.
5. Who should participate in the diagnostic?
Practice owners, executive sponsors, operating teams, and a small set of external stakeholders — enough to triangulate the maturity picture without disrupting the business.
