Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel more than 14 days before the course start date: 100% refund.

Cancel 7-14 days before: 50% refund or a free transfer to a future cohort within 12 months.

Cancel less than 7 days before: no refund, but you may transfer the seat to another attendee at no cost.

If RAISO cancels or reschedules a course, you receive a full refund or may carry the registration forward to the next cohort at no cost. RAISO is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs outside the registration fee.

Refunds for bundles and consulting engagements are governed by the specific engagement agreement. Contact the engagement lead for cancellation terms specific to your contract.

Email us using the contact in the Footer with your order or invoice reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
