Green Belt Six Sigma
This four-day course prepares you to run Six Sigma improvement projects as a Green Belt. The course maps to the ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt body of knowledge and prepares you for that exam. You leave with a scoped DMAIC project charter and toolkit.
